Hi, I'm Lanson Van Dyke! Based in Toronto, I oversee the capacity & forecast planning function for TELUS Health's call centre operations. I've been a technician, operations manager, business intelligence analyst, product manager, and supported workforce management for field operations. I like solving problems, coming up with solutions, and getting uncomfortable. I strive to grow, expand my skillset, knowledge, and my interests knows very few bounds.
